Boat Insurance
Just had a quote for insurance, strictly 3rd Party just to be able to register my boat to launch from the Knab Slip, 16' 6" 3rd Party only, 105.50!
Is that about par for the course, or should I be able to get it for less than that?

What you want insurance for 'skip? - it's not like your engine won't rev, or the auxillary won't start, or some clumsy t*at drops your shelf off the side of the boat

Try www.craftinsure.co.uk
Both Salar and my sailing dinghy are now insured with them - they HALVED the premium I was paying. All on-line, you only pay extra if you phone them.
