Fish for Courtney
On Saturday October 17th 2009, Holyhead Charter Boats Coegfran, My Way and Spindrift will be holding a sponsored fishing event to help raise funds to send a very brave girl on a very special Christmas holiday.
Courtney Rose Jones has been battling serious illness since she was just 17 months of age. Courtney’s first tumour, took doctors 6 months to diagnose. Following which, she endured many sessions of chemotherapy for 18 months. Sadly after battling through chemotherapy a 2nd brain tumour was found and before she had reached her fourth birthday she had already endured 30 doses of radiotherapy.

hi Liz,
thanks for the donation it is very much appreciated.
The auction/Raffle and sponsored fishign has been an overwhelming success. Obviously we're still in the process of collecting and collating the donations etc, but indications are over £6000.
A full report and stories of the 2 events will be available in a few days.
Thanks again to everyone.
