All depends on dates, but as I have never fished Orford and would like to do my bit I will happily come help out if the dates tie in with work.

12th is a neap, bottom of the tide cycle before they start building again. 19th is a spring though not a massive one, at least down here in Portsmouth.
Would be interested in coming up for this, heading to Orford at the end of the month for a day at the end of half term week and will be looking at getting up there half a dozen times to chase the spring run. Coming to the beach clean will be a good way of giving something back, especially as a lot of you boys up there have been very helpful with advice and info for both Aldeburgh and the Ness.Proud member K.A.B

in previous events we have found that serious matches attract wrong attention and only those chasing money or prizes and not intersted in clearing up , happy for a freindly comp between those that wish to but anything to serious and it gets stupid, the idea behind the clean and fishes is ultimatly clear up all the crap lazy arses leave over the island thus protecting future fishing and also to have some fun doing what we enjoy, i have enough to deal with arranging the clean up side so if your happy to arrange the freindly comp be my guest, and thankyou for pledging your support will post in meets section now i have some interest to keep it simple . cheers james

HOw about then, as i think it will help the turn out for the primary reason to be there..... cleaningup! The winner...... gets to choose a charity of his or her choice to donate the winnings too????
Im not bothered about the money , but bragging rights on here would be fantastic!!!!!!! he he he.....
How about east v's south east etc etc ........ or even east vs south vs west vs north...... "The four corners Clean up charity match" sounds like a plan........??????
Leave all the rest to me i would be happy to help....
