    Peelers

I've only used peelers a couple of times, and then I've bought them from the tackle shop.
This year I've collected a few, I understand how to peel them, but I was wondering how u get them to the 'popping' stage. A couple I've colected are already like this, but the rest just seem a little bit behind and stuborn to peel, is there a trick to bringing them along?
Any advice would be well recieved,
    Cheers Tozer

put them in a bucket with freash sea water and use an air pump like you'd use for sand eels! seams 2 make them shead faster when ive done it!
