1) lug worm,
2) razor fish,
3) peeler crabs?
My friend and I have tried to find bait with moderate success and any tips on places to look would be very welcome.

Blow is fairly good at Aberavon again on low tide
Razor at pendine ,dont forget your sqeezy bottle of salt water
or if you want all at a fairly good price Dragon baits at seaway parade industrial park supply the lot and you can save your energy for fishing</font>
