Bed and Breakfast onsuite Fishing hols
Hello from jambojersey.
If you go to my Website below find on the link page just above Worldseafishing link is "Anna11 fishing trips" go in and find Hotel and Flights for Shakespeare Hotel the most Southerly Hotel in the British Isles this fact found by myself when I was the Chef of the Shakespeare Hotel many moons ago when an old Heavyweight Boxer Jack Stephens ( Billy Walkers Uncle )owned it with his wife it is in a nice location out of Saint Helier but very centralised, they Cook your catch for you or freeze it till you leave. Have a really great time best of luck if you are driving on the Ferry bring your fork with you very nice Lug-Worm Bed on the other side of the road to where you are staying just down the steps to the Beach. press the portholes at the bottom of " Anna11 "page for the quality of the Fish in Jersey waters. In July/August you can swim with the Sting-Ray's as they come up the gulley's a site that stays in your mind for Life. I couldn't believe it when I saw it about two and a half feet wingspan so Beautifully Elegant and Nonchalantly cruising in with the tide.Last edited by jambojersey; 07-03-2006 at 19:37.

Thanks for the link.
Is there any good shore marks within walking distance of the hotel? how difficult would it be to arrange bait, travel to marks etc in that area?

On Your doorstep
HI Westie.
The beach is on your doorstep if you stay at the Shakespear Hotel plus Green Island is about 100 yards to the west and to the east is mainly sandy beach streching to Mont Orguile Castle with breaks in access to St catherines breakwater. Buses run every 20 minutes to Saint Helier or Gorey. Boat trips can be arranged from Reception with a packed lunch. Car hire can also be arranged from Reception at Hotel
