    Off shore wind farms

Seems the government are really going to push the subsidies on off shore renewables. This will mean lots of areas of sea that cannot be effectively commercially fished. Which I guess will mean large areas where fish can find a refuge. But not being an experienced boat angler I was wondering if this is actually the case? Are we allowed to enter such areas to fish ourselves? Any one got any experience of such areas? Often see structures like this being fished in US and Australian fishing TV programmes.

    What are your thoughts?
