I had these pointed out to me today, like the look of them but on the price scale of boga.

Lots of others about, but don't get Berkley's Lip Grip. That is a nasty cheap little tool that jams at the sight of fish and can't handle so much as 2lb bass without twisting its jaws out of shape.

    Boga's arent expensive IMHO

They are ideal for the job
    They are very well made
They are built to last a lifetime

If you gauge the cost over a long period of use (when you may replace others) the amount p.a. is small.

A lot of people use them, I have never heard anyone regretting the purchase

I had two other grips before my boga, which I binned or broke - now they were expensive in the short term.

5 hard years after purchase, my boga is good as new

I think there is another issue here as well, if you are C&R, which grips do the least amount of damage?

I've been looking at getting some grips and still haven't.

Use my hands every time. OK risk a treble now and then, but most of the time if not fishing the rocky ledges a fish can be beached.
