    Not much but:-

    I heard that there's good bass fishing off that little harbour (not the breakwater) onto the sand, or you could try plugging off the seaward side.

    I've had some nice black bream off the seaward side on paternostered squid in the summer, and some decent pollock on float off the end at night.

    2) check the weather before you go.......I went past the breakwater a couple of weekends ago in my boat, force 4 wind and spring tide - waves were breaking right over the breakwater - would have washed anyone stood on there clean off.
