I have a problem with company from germany, I'd make "big" (over 400e)order from it, and now the delivery was short of things, and part of them was wrong size.
I orderd some big hooks (12/0) 100pcs, and they delivered 14pcs. etc etc
does someone know anything about this company?

I've never heard of that particular company before so really can't comment. But, as a generalisation, anyone, through the Internet and with limited capital, can set up a 'mail order' business - selling and then buying goods and applying a percentage mark-up. The thing that is usually forgotten in their business model is the requirement to finance certain levels of stock.

The only thing I can suggest is that you try posting to a recently set-up German forum - there're sections in German and English. Its url is http://www.big-game-board.de/. Perhaps some of its members will be aware of that particular business? As line of last resort though they may be able to offer advice as to how to recover your outstanding monies through the German 'small claims' system.
