llandudno pier north wales

is anyone catching anything off the pier at night-----it has been recommendd by some but have had disapointing feedback from others. By the way how much is it to fish off the pier???

i was there on 9 may 2005 fished night tide . long range tactics sand eels . macerel ... use of worms not recomended with crab activity. fish in front of bar cast straight out 123-140 yards on sand bank . use pulley rig big hooks ...... had 1 cod at 4lb ...loads of dogfish ....2 small bullhuss ....5 small thornbacks..... fish close in for whiting cast between 40-70 yards ...3 hook flapper rig
