cod, quick + kid friendly !
just followed a simple recipe passed onto me by Glynn at anglers den....
cut off the whole fillets and dice them up, boning as you go, roll in flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs, then shallow or deep fry for five minutes or until golden brown, drain on kitchen towel and eat,
the kids just polished 1.5lb of chunks in about a minute !Last edited by crazyplums; 18-09-2006 at 10:01.

they'll like this then... even our lad who's always refused to eat my caught fish, could not get enough !

glad i could help, as i mentioned, i cant take credit for it as it was passed to me a short while back, but it sure works, my oldest lad will only east fish cooked that way !
