grouper caught in goa
Hi guys
heres a 25 kilo grouper a night ago -caught in Goa with live bait off a jetty... ..had a tough fight and landed with some help from the locals along with a lot of luck !!

I've had small ones upto a couple of kilo's on lures but that's a proper fish.
Well done.
Is this what the locals tend to refer to as a "Rockfish" ? I've caught plenty of Barramindi and Mangrove Jacks (Red Snapper) but the guy's that I fish with keep telling me about big "Rockfish" but I can't get a good enough description of one to make a definate call about what they are.
