Monkfish + Scallops - YUM!!
Got my favorite for tea tonight!!
Monkfish and scallop thai green curry!! - It dont get much better than that.
SSA lure passing by at a steady course and speed might well tempt the fish; but if you give them something to chase - they cannot help themselves.....

bubble and squeak patties topped with torn up smoked salmon slices, and couple of soft free-range eggs.. add a little drizzle of sweet chilli sauce (optional)
cook the patties, top with salmon, grill for a few seconds, top with an egg and add sauce
best monday scran you can have!
