1 large fish, whole (about 2 pounds) any fish.
oil for brushing the fish
1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
salt to taste
For marinade
1 cup whipped yoghurt (curd)
2 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon green chili paste
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon tomato sauce
2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon tandoori masala powder
Slash sides of fish and marinate in above for 4/6 hours.
Oil up a baking dish and place fish on it then pour over remaining marinade.
Bake it in the oven tll top golden brown oh temp about 375f. Takes about 15 mins.
Serve with lemon wedges and fresh corriander to garnish.
Drink goes best with chatteau de lager.
