Dabs - Whole or filleted?
I know they're small, so are they best eaten off the bone or filleted? What size Dab might give a good fillet?
ONLY trust someone with a combover if you see them catching. If they lie to themselves then they'll lie to you too!

Hi mate, I would grill them whole!!! They are mostly small fish, so dont lose any precious meat on the bone. Just head and gut them and grill. Just scrape the meat off of the bones!!!

Fillited and lightly fried in butter is the way I like them!

I wouldnt consider filleting any flatfish less than 2-8-0 to 3lb, depending on how fat it was. Far better just gut it and in the pan whole.
