Shark Skin Curry

I am sat next to a colleague of mine from the Seychelles who has just told me that her favourite dish is -

Shark Head Skin Curry.



Has anyone else heard of this ??????

By the way...she also just mentioned that she once ate dolphin.

Apparently she didnt know it was dolphin until afterwards, at which point she was devastated and said "oh no, Ive eaten Flipper"

i know me and the kids like doggies BUT shark skin curry, i think NOT somehow , i did try proper sharks fin soup one and it was vile
