<font color='#000000'>i bought a fladden rod £18 about 8ft boat rod yesterday .
tried it out and although it looks quite stiff it handle some decent smoothys and thornbacks in a strong tide using 8oz weights and for the money i thought that was good</font>

<font color='#000000'>I have 3 Fladden rods, between 8ft and 13ft, all are great bought new off ebay for less than £30 the lot.</font>

<font color='#FF0000'>I paid 13 quid for an 11' Fladen Power Stik, beach caster & so far it's been great, it'll chuck between 2 & 8oz quite happily. A bargain buy.</font>
