    need some recipes,thanks,think im gonna deep fry them but any help would be great thanks

    Tarponator if you are gonna keep some for eating try and only keep males, Spurdog can live to over 75 years given the chance and are slow growing so need all the help from us they can get.

    It's not really a good idea to keep spurdog for cooking, like Davy has stated, they are slow growning and there are many other species out there that are more suitable for cooking than Spurs.

    I'm sorry, but I'm going to close this before the topic becomes something we don't want it to be...Nothing personal, just best for the harmony of the forum
