Urgent help reqired on frying cod roe!!!
We have some good cod roe to fry (about half a pound)..... Do we cook lightly or burn to a crisp?
any info related to frying roe would be appreciated

slice it about 1 1/2 cm thick,
dip in flour
fry in hot oil till crisp,
yummy

its also lovely cut into 1/2 slices then dipped in a light tempora batter then deep fryed
