lol ! too big for the grill, it's 48cm long !! have found a Rick stein recipe i'm gonna try, filleted with parsley and lemon, well, loks and sounds nice !

yummm !!
fillet the sole and cut into large sections (had 8 from this fish !), roll in flour, and almost fry in a little sunflower oil and unsalted butter, until golden, turn and repeat,
clean out the pan, x amount of butter, 2tsp of lemon juice, parsley, an season, reduce and until golden brown, pour a little over the sole and serve ! lovely,
