What is the best spinner to catch winter cod and pollack on. URGENT!!!

I dont use spinners for cod it's big baits what catch them, for pollock jelly worms and sandeels

Is fresh or frozen sandeel the best for cod.

Sandeels are the bait for pollock spinning with them or use a float,For cod use peeler crab on a peenel rig or use squid worms anything like that.
