SSA Casting results 28/1/07
Hello Folks we had a good turnout on sunday with people comming from as far afield as the north east of england ,north of the clyde and cumbria . the weather forecast for the day was breezy with scattered showers ,but we was lucky and got no rain .the results are as follows

R O,Neill 227-0-7"

A Collins Jnr 173-2-1"
S Cummings 166-2-0"
A Knotts 161-0-11"
J Stevenson NCR
B Russell NCR
NCR= no cast recorded
today with there being a good breeze there was a high expectation of PB,s
Personel bests , and for some the day worked out well and for others myself included it did not go well , but there,s always another day . anyhow back to the main part
a big list of PB,s well done to everyone it now gives you all another target to beat
Shaun Cumming 166-2-0" PB 150grm
Andrew Collins Jnr 173-2-1" PB 75grm
Cameron Carmichael 180-1-6" PB 150grm
Stephen Litt 190-2-4" PB 175grm
Stephen Litt 180-0-3" PB 150grm
Mike Kyle 193-2-2" PB 150grm
Bert Moore 219-0-2" PB 125grm
Bob Collins 223-0-5" PB 200grm
Bob Collins 223-0-0" PB 175grm
Paul Johnstone 241-0-8" PB 175grm
Paul Johnstone 253-0-10"PB 150grm
also for Paul Johnstone it was the first time that he had cast a four weight 100grm,125grm,150grm,175grm for a total of 1000-0-11" good average there paul 250+ p
and as for yours truly on the 50gram fixed spool I managed a four cast total of approximatly 1600yds , 400yds per crack off one after another so I decided or should I say my legs decided no more 50grams for the day and the people that helped me find them agreed .
as usual if I have got anything wrong let me know and I will alter it
