Cayo Lago
Hi Doug
I'll leave it for those members who have fished Cuba to respond to your question about 'which multiplier'. (I must admit I'm more than happy with my little Shimano Calcutta 400S - had everything on that including Sails and (Pacific) Tarpon up to 120lbs from Panama. Although that's spooled with 16lb mono.)
But it's well worth searching through some of the Cuba based threads on this forum for background information. (You can use the SEARCH facility. 'Cuba' as a key word is best because I know that some time posts get inadvertently put on threads regarding other Caribbean venues.) This one in particular though - http://www.worldseafishing.com/forum...highlight=Cuba - has, on page two, got some very precise information about shore marks on Cayo Lago.
