white bait
I love white bait so can anyone recommend what sort of food goes with them? ie what is the best salad and could i deep fry them aswell as cook them in a frying pan.thankyou.

yes mate you can deep fry them... be careful as theres not much to them will take seconds in the heat of a deep fryer.
we like a crisp salad and crusty granary bread. mixed young salad leaves/rocket/water cress/ corriander, bit of fresh salsa or even coleslaw lemon on the side.. lime just as good.
quick fry them and put in an omlette is nice too. or with pizza.- ways i have found to use up the last few left.
