Cefn Sidan carpark
Started this so it doesn't get lost in any of the other threads.
Take junction 48 off the M4 and head up the hill towards Llanelli (beware of the speed camera at the top of the hill, 40mph limit). Follow the brown signs for Pembrey Country park/Motor sport centre. This will take you on the ring road around Llanelli, which is a bit more scenic than the direct route
keep following the signs through Pwll and Burry Port (which is pwp
). Again beware speed cameras, there are a few along there, 30 limit keep on this road for a good 4-5 miles. When you pass a church on the left the entrance is a couple of hundred yards ahead again on the left. It looks like you're entering a housing estate but it is the right way - follow the road up and over the railway bridge, it's quite narrow so watch for oncoming traffic. Head down the dead straight road in front of you, where it bends to the right there is a carpark on the left next to a Soccer field - that's where we're meeting
There used to be a signature here:
It's gone now

Could someone please add the start and finish time as I've seemed to have lost track.

There are way too many threads on this as posted above, so if no-one objects, I'll remove them, sticky this one, and any last minute arrangements and fine tuning can be added to this one. In the interests of keeping it all informative I'd appreciate it if you kept this one free from banter, people will be able to gain the information without trawling through pages of stuff then.

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, swims like a duck and goes 'Quack' it's probably a duck. Or if you're into conspiracy theories it's a chicken.

Well done ROB. re start times I have only reproduced what the organisers posted earlier. I don't think these should be changed as we have to bear in mind the guys travelling from England and other parts of Wales. If any one is having problems with bait ring COUNTRY STORES in Gowerton to order it and if you want leave my name ROGER JAMES to collect it I will pay and collect and then you can pay me when we meet. Make sure you send me a PM to let me know. I am off to Finland Tomorrow and will be back next Thursday. I will have access to the forum whilst I'm away. Please get intouch if I can help out.
