Hi mate,
our club has a few juniors and they take part in our matches, it costs nothing for them to enter because we are sponsored yearly by Hythe House which are a fostering company and they pay for all the kids to enter, which i think is a nice touch. They do have to pay membership though, this is a one off payment of £8, thats for life. They get £10 if they win, plus there is a sealed weight, if they are within + or - 15grams they win the snowflake which is £25, they could also win the biggest fish of the day which is also £25 providing they outfish the adults (its happened!!)
We also run the Kent Classic in which they can win £150 for 1st, £100 for second and £50 for 3rd, we chuck in a rod and reel and other bits too.
