WSF vs LEADER LINES INTER FORUM MATCH
Right Lads,
Been contemplating this one for a while and now is the time to deal with it once and for all!
Saturday 11th August 2007 at SOUTHWOLD - Kick off at 5pm on the beach by the Pier.
There will be a big BBQ and some beers, etc.
Who's on for it?
£3.00 per head entry into the match with a full weigh in at the end of the match at 10am the following morning.
Car parking VERY close to the beach where we will be fishing, toilets, etc.
Need a list of people and attendees ASAP so I can converse with others and arrange this one, it's going to be hard but i'm sure we can do it.
I can pe order VERY HIGH QUALITY bait again for this match as well, just as I did for the Orford bash, let me know what you want.
Come on lad's, lets show them what we are made of!
PM me your contact details as normal.
Cheers,
Rich
(Please don't go posting on the other forum as it will confuse matters and make the arranging of this match even more difficult then it is! Just let me know you are coming, what bait you want, etc and I wil do the rest!
)

Why does it have to be an overnighter? I reckon you'd get more takers within day, from LL especially.

Aitch,
Maybe!
I have posted on Leader Lines too, so lets see over the next couple of days what responses come through before the final decision is made.
Besides, the beaches at Southwold will be busy during the day, so after hours when the beaches are quiet would be better I feel, plus the Soles come in under the cover of darkness which is another plus to an overnighter!
Cheers,
Rich

Down near the harbour might be better Rich, toilets and shop down there as well. The water near the pier is pretty shallow from what i remember and the harbour end would have less young ladies in bikinis getting in our way.
Hang on, maybe the pier end IS better then.

What is the £3 entry fee for exactly?
To explain, Say 10 anglers fish it, @£3 entry fee. Does the £30 go to the winner, or is it £20 to the winner and £10 to the runner up?. Or is it for to finance the "There will be a big BBQ and some beers, etc" in which case what does the winner of the interforum match recieve, bragging rights?
Just trying to clarify the meet seing as it has a WSF tag to it. " WSF vs LEADER LINES INTER FORUM MATCH"

RSM,admire your enthusiasm and the keen WSF guys but I really do think we'd have a match if say met about 4-30pm for barbie n fishing 6-30 to 11-00, weighing-in at 11-30, HT being about 22-20 should be perfect tidewise.
Nothing to stop anyone staying on if they desire.
