    dungerness

    Has a drive down to dungerness tonight just to check out the fishing spot down dange marsh lane , was a few people up there fishing , think i might head up there in the morning , either there or samphire hoe

    Whats it like at dungerness is it rocky ? Very snaggy ?

    is there much coming from dungeness at the moment as i am in the proceeds of coming down to fish within the next couple of weeks

    death by pin whiting!!!!

    lots of dabs and a few sole and bass mixed in but make sure you pack a LOT of bait to get past the whiting!!!

    dungie can get very snaggy after a long calm spell or when bits of old net off the trawlers gets washed in.last time i was down there we fished at the bottom of the new wooden walkway and i lost a load of tackle so i moved to the right about 40 yards and lost nothing.a good storm sorts the snags a bit though.....dave.
