24th August, match @ margate.
the shop that i work at also has formed an angling club and our second match is on the 24th August at margate. it will be either a rover or walk off with the boundries being barns car park and the lido ( this does include the pier)
it will be fished from 8pm til 12, with the signing in from 7pm til 7.30 at the start of the pier. it costs £6 to enter and there are optional pools of £4, it also costs a further £1 if your not a member.
it should be a good comp and should be a few fish to weigh in, also lots of different ground to suit everyone.
any questions just drop me PM.

i can't see why there shouldn't be a few skate weighed in (lack of weed provided), i think a 10lb plus bag is expectable. come along and catch some fish with us will.
that bass thats in your advatar you mean. LOL. lovely looking fish, shame about the ugly mug in the pic with it (only joking mate). well done (a bit belated i know), makes it worth the perk of working down the docks now. come and catch another one on friday night and take all our money.

I think I read somewhere that only 3 fish were caught and the biggest was an eel somewhere about a pound and a half.. I might be wrong on the weight though.

unfortunately it's a pretty reliable report. nobody told the fish that the conditions were perfect for them to be caught. LOL.
our next one is at cold harbour on the 22nd of september. this is going to be a pegged match and a measure and return system will be in place. mainly due to the expectations of whiting through out the winter, which don't wanna see being weighed and thrown back dead.
for any more details just drop me a PM.
