    Question kayak

    hi paul i have been thinking of going down same line for quite a while been looking at all sorts all prices but to get a good fishing one is not cheap i have also looked at the one that has a engin on but i need to go in to it alot more.tightlines.bob

    There are a number of dedicated forums which cover Sit on Top Fishing Kayaking. There are frequent discussions on the merits of each of the common specialised Sit on Top Kayaks available plus a lot more including ancillary equipment, clothing, safety, meets, etc.

    give you some tme to save pennys and get a quality bit of kit
    kick snobbery out of sea fishing

    good thinking batman! very true ther will be loads were the novelty
    has gone and they will be up for sale befor the winter!
    just you will have to sit on your hands throughout the cold weather

    As a kayaker and a fisherman I have seriously thought about one of these too.

    One question though, if you are lucky enough to bag a record fish, is it a shore or boat caught record?
