    Hopefully get out over the festive period with the Old Man. Had a couple of decent ones before Xmas Eve, rivers are spot on. Get all the frivolities over with & then hopefully i'll be out again tommorow.

    The Wye is still running fairly high and brown at Holme Lacey at the moment. Should be OK for the weekend.

    You won,t have missed much mate. The Wye was bank high yesterday afternoon, and I imagine it,s out over the fields now.
    Time spent in recconnaisance is seldom wasted........

    seems to be a few big uns in the river now.heard of a 35lb'er near evesham recently.in the severn there is some stuff that smashes the pike guys on 30lb braid.even heard of trebles on deadbaits being straightened...good luck

    There was a rumour of a big catfish in tewksbury weirpool.
