    any info on pike

    hi all an anyone tell me what pike get up to ie if they go in deeper water in old weather .
    if they like overhanging trees etc etc
    also if they swin the margins etc etc
    any help would be great

    My understanding is that once the water becomes icy on lakes, the smaller bait fish head towards the deeper water and the pike follow them. However, on rivers it seems that the bait fish move towards the shallower faster moving water so thats should be where the pike are.
    Men are like fish, we only get into trouble when we open our mouth.
