    Coloured bead combinations

I have come to that stage of the year where since the flatties are around, it is time to get my beaded rigs together, and I was wondering how much of an impact colouring actually has on the fish themselves and what combinations are particularly effective.

At the moment, my standard colour schemes are green and black, and then yellow, red and white but I am wondering whether I'm missing any particularly deadly combos. I realise this differs depending on venue though.

For other fish as well, I've noticed that white and orange work particularly well for bream and anything with lumo beads tends to get the rays on the bait.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

My favourites were always black and white or red and black but now I go for a few luminous thrown in for good measure.

most of my match rigs only have a single glow bead on them.

if going for plaice i,ll put half a dozen mixed colours on but havnt found any particular combination better.

ive noticed that some locally like red and black combo,s.

ive never thought about using them for rays.
