Who's to say that the pic wasn't taken outside the guy's house or where he parked his car? A guy catches a nice fish and instead of congratulating him he gets berated because someone has seen a square yard of the floor and it doesn't look like the Ranny? Come on!

I've already deleted one abusive reply, please keep it civil, be a shame to close a thread about a tidy fish because of arguments over a patch of ground in a picture.

Fair play. It doesnt bother me where it was caught, as it actually looks like a driveway when i looked at it again.

Either way, awesome job and well done.

This used to be a good site years ago but there seem to be a lot of idiots on here lately. First you doubt the fish was caught and now you think the location is a lie, why don't you grow up and get out and try catch afish of a lifetime yourselves.
Above is one of the reasons I won't post here anymore.
I can tell you the fish was 18lb and it WAS caught at the Ranny.

a lot of folk are moaning about the others on this site who like to know the ins and outs of where fish are caught etc. why such anger?? calling people idiots and the like, don't you realise you are just as bad?
by the way, it's a great fish. and if someone says it was caught at a certain place, i personally never believe them anyway. it's not important where it was caught. and neither is the fact that a lot of people don't believe where. so get over it and stop bickering. everyone contributes to the tone of this forum, so maybe think before you post. just like i did lol!
