Any Waterline Nerus Beach Shelter owners that can help please
Hi, I have just received my shelter and when I tried to put it up the rod for the peak/overhang doesnt fit in the hole ( unless I use a hammer lol) is that 'normal'? Also the material doesnt seem to be fitted to the frame properly, its bunched up at the top so even when the frame is opened out there is a big dome of excess material at the top, there is a gap of 13 inches on the back legs up to the rivet that holds the material onto the leg (this is measured without the leg extensions). I have tried asking the makers but the chap at there end is never available.
Thanks for any help, the chap I bought it off said he will swap it if it is 'faulty'.

Hi, thanks for reply! My hubby (typical Brit doesnt like to complain) asks if theres any chance you could measure the distance from the end of the back leg to the first rivet on yours please? I've put in a pic to try and explain it, but to use the shingle flap without leg extensions we would have to push the legs into ground 13 inches deep.
Thanks

hi again mines the same in length as that i dont personally use the extensions as ive been told they just brake off just push the poles down fully until the bottom of the lining sits on the floor and believe me it wont go anywhere if you stone the bottoms
