i find it easy just to check bbc tides saved in my favorites, can check all round the coast not just one location/town. only does 7 days in advance but i generally dont plan trips further in advance than that anyway

Nice one, mate - lots of us plan weeks and months ahead so this is great.

this is what I like about this forum - people go out of their way to be helpful!
Now, I just need to get the same for Hayling Island, Swanage and Bournemouth!

thanks guys
chrispy i had a bit of time to spare today and the best i can do for you for Swanage, and bournemouth but the closet i can get for hayling island is portsmouth and they are all on the same website called: www.tidetimes.org.uk but for swanage you can also buy a book of tide times from: www.nigelclarkepublications.co.uk for about £1.95.
hope this helps guys if anything else pops up i let you know

Maybe this thread - a tide timetable thread - should be a sticky? We could then cover the main venues for this area.
