Just seen a 'totally tiptronic' oblivion for sale, apparently it's a rock rod? Never heard of them before, any ideas?

I have still got the sea angler with that review, Alan says the Oblivion Tip Tronic does sit in the hernia pole catergory and wont suit the average angler. It is suited to the real down the butt angler and should be matched to a medium to big built angler who is skilled in the art of timing and casting.
