Hello guys. Together with my colleague we bought used seapro rib with 15hp Parsun as we want to start a little bit of boat fishing this year, especially that this year cod was difficult to catch from shore.

I've got unusual request, could somebody send/direct me some fishing marks around Whitby(latitude)?few? on priv?
We have list of ship wrecks but we do not really know which of these are worth of bother/fishing?Could you advice? We're using Navionics.

We're not commercial as well we cannot take this boat for rough or deep sea, so we're not any competition for charter boats.
unusual request but maybe somebody can help. Thanks

I'd get a set of admiralty charts and look for some rough ground inshore. Start small and get used to your boat before you think about heading out offshore. I don't fish Whitby but I've read loads of reports about good fish coming to boats close inshore. Good luck !!

The heavy ground both north and south out the harbour is plentiful with a lot of inshore wrecks. If you don't have a chart/sonar, just look for the dhans and get in there.
