Removing century shrink tube

    Is there a way there a time saving trick to removing the shrink tube on newer century metal band rods ie a excalibur tt as I believe its glued on the same as my e1000 which was a laborious buisness

    heat it up with heat gun or water cut and peel old shrink off and clean adhesive off with cosmo cleaner job done

    It dissolves glue and silicones
    if you keep the glue residue warm mate cellulose thinners or the like will do same job
