With the Nationals coming up at the end of this month over in S.A thought I should put in a bit more regular practice to give it my best. Will be tuning up the reels in the coming week and then running all weights to make sure that I am ready for anything .

What are the training plans for you guys ?

    Regards :D

The over the shoulders perspective is nice.
Those mid cast crack offs are so recognisable;-)
    Casting looks good.

    Jeremy.

How many casts do you get at the nationals?

I used to plan to go and practice and do 8 casts. I also always practiced on 1 lead (we didnt cast all the leads and lines you do now.) So it was getting the technique right each time. Go through the set up, position and then cast. Carefully recover and set the reel up once again. The other thing was I had a coach with me probably once a week and I cast every evening.
