Are you planning a trip out in your own boat in the next few days, and would like a buddy boat or boats for safety reasons, or just to add a bit of a competitive edge? New to an area and would like a friendly local to show you a mark or two?
Then this is the thread to post in. I would suggest first putting the area, followed by the date and possibly times, followed by what you plan to do. If you are replying to someone that has posted then quote their post in yours to avoid any confusion :)

I dont get out often but will post up when I am planning any trips from Newhaven or maybe in the new year, Eastbourne. Buddy boats always welcomed, and if I move to Eastbourne I will also be looking for some local marks in exchange for some a bit to the west ;)

Good idea for a sticky thread.
Montrose area, launch from Ferryden beach. No trips planned just yet as still fitting out electrics on new boat (SW4800 center console + 60 Efi outboard) hope to get out Early in the new year for a shakedown run - may even take a couple of rods with me!

Would welcome any one on board wanting a trip out or another buddy boat.
If interested PM me and we can arrange from there.

    Mike

This is a really good idea. I will post up when I'm heading out. All my trips will be out of falmouth most of the year as moored in the river.

If the weather stays as forecast for Sunday should get out for a run and wet a line. Room for 1 more on board if interested.
Launching from Ferryden by Montrose if interested or meet at my place and drive down (15 Min drive) PM if interested.
Had to change to Monday as my mate is busy Sunday

Forgot to add. Tide not important for this launch site so time is flexible.
