H3 P6502 Watch

Anglers are always looking for the ultimate watch. Sea anglers especially need ultra reliable time pieces for accurate tide calculations for boat navigation, finding their way back across estuary creeks and beach gullies on a flooding tide, and for reliably checking the current tide state while actually fishing.

The watch has a polished stainless steel back plate, brushed stainless steel case, a screw down crown with a double O ring, and a tough mineral glass viewing face.

It has a one-direction rotating carbon fibre bezel dividing sixty minutes in to 5 minute increments. The overall diameter is 45mm.

It has a Swiss quartz movement with second hand for totally accurate time keeping, and the battery life is quoted as 40 months. It weighs just 78grammes and comes with a NATO or rubber strap for maximum security on the wrist. It is also water resistant.

What's extra special about this watch is that its illuminated hour and second indicator fingers are treated with a permanent light source. This is a self activated light source that is 100 times brighter than any previously available. Known as TRASER this requires no battery power and never needs maintenance or servicing with a quoted life time guarantee of 10 years.

If looks matter as much as performance, the P6502 is very stylish with the brushed stainless steel case set off by the matt black bezel and white lettering. You can fish in this watch one night, and wear it out on the town the next.

In initial testing with a rubber strap fitted for practicality in water we've found the watch comfy to wear, the TRASER system very easy to read at night, and as a time piece totally accurate. We've already got the watch soaked a few times fishing for conger at night on a cliff rock ledge and also when offshore hauling anchor in the pouring rain and big sea swell.
