T.M.B Rig Crimping Pliers

Mick Ball of Town Moor Baits Tackle (Yes, it's him again!) has come up with the best shore and standard boat rig crimping pliers I've seen so far.

Problem with most of the other crimping pliers on the market within a sensible price bracket is that they tend to be too big and clumsy to be carrying around every trip as some anglers prefer to do. The other downer is that they rust all too easily and the jaws of the pliers tend to become blunt and flatten due to the inferior metal used.

Getting technical, often the crimps don't sit well between the jaws and getting the correct pressure to close the crimp isn't easy. Inevitably, the line gets flattened underneath the crimp and can cause potential line weakness during casting.

The Pro-Crimping Tool is just 10cms long and easily fits inside the palm and fingers of your hand. The jaws are spring loaded and measure only 2cms long. They are totally precise and you can feel exactly how much pressure you are applying, plus, with the jaws being tapered almost to a point, you can flatten a crimp either across it's middle, or just by a tiny bit at each end.

What really makes them cook is that they are all stainless steel construction with rubber grip handles. You can carry these in your box knowing you can hide them in the smallest compartment and they won't rust if they get wet. Ideal for the travelling angler.

I reckon these pliers will give years of hard working service and prove to be indispensable for the discerning rig makers amongst us.
