I was supposed to be here the last week in junw for the hounds but had to re book a bit on the mate side due to the virus.

Not long now till my yearly week on the shore, hemsby last year but abit further along the coast this year at caistor on sea.
Booked a lovely caravan overlooking the beach on elm tree caravan park and cant wait to hit the sand.
Last year had whiting, flounder, dogfish and dabs..

ive found places at waxham, sea palling and hemsby i just wondered which you guys would fish out of the three and what species i could target,
i know sea palling is said to be a good bass area.

Got to the beach earlier today at around 1 pm abd fished on the ebb tide
Fished same as yesterday with sandeel and squid on a paternoster rig bit today jist a few missed bites and one whiting..
Went down earlier because the sun was out and eas a lovley day but rest of week ive fished the flood...
I had a session at hemsby last night.
I got there about an hour before high tide and fished one rod with a two hook flapper, both hooks were baited with lugworm.
The whiting were there from the first cast and i had some nice ones although im no sea angler so wouldn't know what size a specimen...
Hi guys im very new to sea fishing and going on holiday to hemsby a week on saturday. Just wondered if the beach here is worth a go as ive heard its full of weed at the moment and a little shallow. Has anyone tried it lately? Any help or advice will be really appreciated. Thankyou
