Went wild this week with the troops , loch Long to be precise .

This week we decided to head to Loch Long , paddle , fish and explore .
We all love the big outdoor , the fresh air and cracking scenery :
We tried for pollock along the rock face .
Nice ballan wrasse .
Little Goby in there , beautiful sheltered water .
Hi there was considering a trip up to Loch Long tomorrow as i only stay 30 minutes away and was just wondering if theres still gonna be any decent fishing at this time of year? and also if someone is generous enough to enlighten me about the whereabouts of some good marks to fish. cheers guys!
This week was quiet blustery so we decided to go sheltered . I always fancied loch Long and a trip to carrick castle would be interesting . We took the rods with us !
I told the boys we might go for a good long paddle .
We then had to dodge the maossive boat !
Fishing then started ...
Am looking to get out this weekend, thinking Long or Fyne or even Etive . Does anyone know if the Mackerel are in any Lochs?
I have only fished Etive from Taynuilt piers with no luck, except seeing some otter, are there any better marks or am i just a bit rubbish? :confused2:
This week we decided to venture out on Loch Long . We choose Arrochar , little village tucked under the hills . It was a proper winter scene and we managed to get kayaks , paddle and fishing rods down the hill .

Going to head out for the first time tomorrow from Killin. Loch Long or Fyne look to be the best local options. Does anyone have any advice on marks at either place, will be spinning and putting some baits out
