Wow, very well done thats a cracking bass, a fish of a life time, even better from the shore! Probably a female fish of around sixteen years old. Must of been a wise old lady to avoid all those nets for so many years.

 

well done wayne the place came up trumps again.

Is this a secret location? Was thinking of heading out next Friday night for a few hours and never had a go at targeting Rays before and would love to try for one.

What a sesh , was going to selsey tonite , just changed my mind , thats a good mark there , had some good fish there myself,well done mate !

 

Fished there too lastnight. only 50 yds from leadbeater,had 5 dogs ,3 rays,biggest being 8 n a half pound and a small hound. Nice to meet creedy and leadbeater again. Well done on that fish mate. I didnt av anything on bluey,all on sandeel n squid,and the hound on crab

Wayne - Thought you were mad cutting your holiday short by a few hours but that was well worth it. 4 Rays in a session is good but thats one hell of a Bass. Many conrats mate. You have a lot to live up to now.

You have come a long way since we met last year and didn't have the best catches. Youve had some pretty good sessions already this year and have improved beyond recognition. Top angler - well done!!!

Well done, that is a cracking fish, have been bass fishing myself for many years and have had only had one 11lb er, they are hard to come by and not easliy forgotten.
