Fished the flood in a saharan sandstorm what with winds gusting to 8! Very difficult conditions.
Used fresh peelers, got a lot of rattly bites which were just detectable. They were down to 1/2lb schoolies and, a bit more surprisingly, 1/2-3/4lb pollack - first time I've caught these in the estuary channel and hopefully a sign that summer's on the way. I hope!
