It's a chrome rocket about 20 year old, i don't use it anymore because the seat has snapped off but it has alot of sentimental value.
I have a century ultra lite that I think my 6500 would suit nicely.

Advice on weld repair.
I assume the cage and reel seat is made of stainlelss steel??

I got access to a mig and tig welder, anyone welded one before?

Chromed Brass .... they can be spot welded and re-chromed but by the time you've spent the money its probably cheaper to pick up a used cage off Ebay.

Ideally want to either Tig or Braze it but have a hunt around as sometimes can find Chroming places come up sometimes can get in on a job lot that has spaces when doing a batch same with Anodizing and if find places can leave details when running a batch through to add yours
