On the l/h side of the spool is there a white nylon cog ,if so this pulls off easily and by taping the spool on your hand the bearing will drop out ,if it doesn,t then remove the bearing on the r/h side (remove the wire clip first /then the brakeblock holder then the bearing,then push through the center of the spindle with a pencil and pop the bearing out of the other end .There are some spools that have a small wire clip insde the spool preventing the bearing from dropping out this is easily unclipped with a small screwdriver then the bearing should just fall out
